Terms of Service


The cost for the local phone number is depending your selected plan for 1 month.
The 10 Minutes activation are during working hours announced on Contact Page link.
Activations outside this hours will be activated automatically and can take more than 10 minutes up to 16 Hours.
One-time setup fee of $4.99 (non-refundable).
Each local phone number includes 100, 250, 500 or 1200 monthly minutes.
Our service will not work with collect calls, you need to have a prepaid account in the facility.
The plans are renewed automatically.
"A fair usage policy applies to the Unlimited Plan limited to 1200 Minutes per month, if this minutes are reached your plan will be suspended until you renew your plan again or pay the cost of the month."


Cancellation of account must be received at least 5 days in advance of next billing date to avoid being charged for $5.00 late fee for the next month.
If your account is closed by you in your profile section, there is no refund process.
-------------- 3-day guarantee: If the number provided is not a local number, we will issue a refund for the cost of the local number. You must request a refund within 3 days of activation by contacting customer support at our Contact Us menu.


CallNSave pays in advance to acquire our LOCAL numbers based on the subscription level chosen by our customers. Because we are not refunded by our provider, we cannot provide refunds due to the prison being released sooner than your service is due to end.
Even if the service was not used or your number is already local, we do not issue refunds.
If you have paid for the service we encourage you to use the number provided. If there is a reason why you are unable to setup or use the number please let know so we can assist you.
"Full refund if we are unable to provide you service, no refund all others. CallNSave purchased in advance the telephone number and package of minutes for you, our providers do not issue refund to us even if the account was not used."
Payment is required to process your order.
The local phone number is provided by a third party, and is an as is, as available service.
To activate the local phone number, you may be required to answer the ring-to phone when we call you at the ring-to number provided by you above.
The ring-to phone number can be changed, if needed. There is no charge to change, add, or remove a ring-to number.
The local number can be changed, if needed. There is a $5 charge to change the local number.
CallNSave makes no guarantees or claims of the continuation and availability of the phone number. As long as the third-party phone number provider offers the service, you will continue to have use of the phone number.
To be able to accept collect calls from prison using this service, you must be able to set up a pre-paid account with the prison's phone provider, or the inmate must have a pre-paid calling card, or the inmate must have a debit calling account. If a copy of the phone bill is required to set up an account, you will not be able to submit a bill for this phone number.
We will contact you by email to activate your local number. If a local number is not available for the location required and one cannot be ordered, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a complete refund (including setup fee).
